Questions about pricing
What counts as an analysed tender?
Every tender you start an analysis for. We then fetch the tender documents, evaluate them and match your references. Searching, looking at results, saving and dismissing do not count. How many files or pages a tender has makes no difference.
What happens when my allowance runs out?
You get a message and can either move up or wait for the turn of the month. No extra cost arises without your agreement. The free tier includes one tender analysis per month, plus two to start.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Write to us and we will switch it. Upwards immediately. Downwards and cancellation take effect at the next turn of the month on a monthly contract, and at the end of the contract year on a yearly one. Your tenders, evaluations and references are kept either way.
How many colleagues may work with me?
On the Basic plan up to 3 people work along, on Pro and Max as many as you like. The price follows the tenders you analyse, not the number of users.
Monthly or yearly?
On a yearly contract you pay ten months and use twelve. No setup fee.
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. Our offer is for businesses (B2B).
